A paved patio with a nice seating area directly on the water is a great spot to hang out and take a quick dip. There are four lounge chairs and two sun umbrellas to keep you cool and cornhole available for lawn games. Attached to the house is another paved patio equipped with rocking chairs, a gas grill, and firepit – this is a great spot for summertime cookouts! The inside of the house has an open layout for the entire group to relax. The living area has a large sectional sofa and smart TV with streaming services, a perfect spot to curl up after a day in the sun to watch your favorite show. Find the well-appointed kitchen just off the living area with everything you need to prepare meals while you’re visiting. Attached to the kitchen is the dining room and two cozy armchairs for lounging.Additional perks include an on-site washer/dryer, central AC, and covered parking.
