We’re thrilled to share there is now mini-split air-conditioning throughout the home for the 2024 season!The first floor features a large kitchen/dining room, granite countertops, and hardwood floors. The kitchen leads to an open living room and flows to a small sitting room with a desk perfect for working remotely. Off the sitting room/office is an enclosed sunroom/game room with a ping-pong table. Roll out a yoga mat or jump on the Peloton during your stay. Upstairs you will find a full bath, three bedrooms, and laundry closet. The private yard is perfect for lounging, gathering around the firepit, a backyard BBQ, and playing games with family and friends.There is plenty to do within walking distance of the home in Downtown Kennebunk. Enjoy a cup of coffee at a local coffee shop, have fun bowling, explore the local Farmers Market, or dine out at one of the many restaurants in town. There are activities for everyone of all ages!
