This downstairs apartment is newly constructed and showcases a cozy farmhouse design. Located South of St. Elmo, this destination is only minutes away from your favorite attractions: Ruby Falls, Rock City, the Tennessee Aquarium, Incline Railway, Lulu Lake, and more.There are 2 other Airbnb’s on this property and this is a basement unit that has its own separate access. There is a upstairs apartment above this one and the main home that is connected to the upstairs apartment. This 2 bedroom 1 full bath home was recently finished. The entire house was remodeled and newly furnished. It is basically brand new! Please observe quiet hours after 10PM to be courteous of others in the unit above as they will do like wise. It has high-speed wireless internet and the living room has a large smart TV. Also in the living area is a farmhouse table that seats 6 people along with 2 comfortable chairs that make as a good morning coffee spot.Both of the bedrooms have queen memory foam mattresses with a large closet for storage. One of the bedrooms has a smart TV. Across the hall is the main full bath with a bathtub/shower.This property sits on top of a hill. There is a fairly steep asphalt driveway that leads to the top with plenty of parking available.Weather and Outages!Please note: There will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating.
