This home sleeps up to 16 people in 5 bedrooms each with their own private bathroom.Use the stairs or take the elevator up to the second floor, which boasts a spacious open floor plan. Here is where you will find one of two living rooms with plenty of seating for gathering after a fun-filled day in the surf and sand, a dining table with seating for six as well as a large kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and bar top with additional seating for four. The kitchen offers a drip coffee maker and a Keurig, a toaster oven, tea kettle, blender, and crockpot. Also on this floor is a master suite with a king-sized bed and private bathroom, as well as a second bedroom with two queen beds and a private bath. A half bath and laundry are also located on this level.On the third floor, also accessible by stairs or elevator, you will find another master bedroom suite with a king bed and private bathroom, as well as two additional bedrooms each with two queen beds and private baths. You will also find a second sizable living room with an oversized sectional, an eating area with seating for four, a wet bar, and a half bath. Both master suites and living rooms have flat screen Smart TV’s.The canal-side of the house offers spectacular views of the Intracoastal. Please be safe and wear a personal flotation device around the water and monitor children and those are not strong swimmers.**We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook in home). User error will result in a service charge. No children are allowed in the elevator unsupervised. Use at your own risk.In the peak season (Memorial Day – Labor Day), whole house linens and towels are part of the cleaning fee and are included in your reservation. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.**In the off-season (Labor Day – Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT included in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $250 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third party.
