Here you’ll find two very large bedrooms both with comfortable King size beds, modern kitchen & baths and an open living room dining area. You’ll enjoy fabulous views of the canal which often has dolphins and other marine life majestically going by. This beautiful duplex w/ heated pool is situated on a Gulf Access canal with a quick ride by boat or car to the Caloosahatchee River, the Gulf of Mexico,Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel & Captiva islands, Downtown Fort Myers Riverfront. Dock your boat on our dock with approval.Don’t feel like cooking after a relaxing day around the pool? Dolphin Suites has a heated Pool, dock, patio, barbecue, & canoe. The fishing off of the dock is amazing, you will catch snapper, sheepshead and many other fish found in the Gulf of Mexico. Or just sit and relax with your favourite people & a cold refreshment. Enjoy Floridas lovely views and endless sunsets off the dock! Fishing and relaxing are just a couple of things to do on our dock. We also provide a canoe to explore the canals that go on for miles, see the beautiful waterways and homes. The large dock will accommodate you and your boat(with permission) or enjoy one of the many boat rentals available, Id be happy to give you recommendations.Please note your Suite is totally private, but being a Duplex the outdoor space is shared with U1, a 1 Bedroom.
