Lots of room for your group to sit and eat and make memories. You can also sit and eat on the porch at the eat-at benches. Access the beach using shared walkover. This is a beach-lovers dream come true.Note: Outdoor cameras present on property.This house has unmatched views! From the porch or even right in the Living Room, the ocean is all around.This property is managed 24×7 by a property management company. Arrive when you like as you will have remote access provided.This house is located on the quietest part of the beach. Away from the bustle of the main entrances, you will slip away into bliss.Welcome to our premiere property where everything is provided from hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Enjoy using our Wii entertainment system and multiple charging stations for all of your devices. Each bedroom has large LCD TV’s and the living room has an amazing sound system. We even provide a Bluetooth speaker for your listening pleasure.Should you wish to explore the area, our check in tablet system will provide you with access to local amenities including grocery delivery, local hot spots and restaurants.PETS: Up to two dogs or cats are allowed by pre-approval only for an additional charge. Limit two total.*Pets are $150 per pet.The Pet Fee must be paid prior to check-in or your pet will not be allowed on the property.*Your pet should be friendly and house trained. Dogs that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed.*Your pet must be supervised by you at all times or crated in the room if left alone.*Any pet that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately.*You will be charged for any damage caused by your pet*Limit of two pets.*Due to insurance reasons, only non-aggressive dog breeds will be permitted.*Must observe all city ordinances and beach guidelines.*All vaccinations must be current.Please note that this is a Short Term Rental.
