Pick your favorite film from the vast array of DVDs and have a movie night on the 31-inch TV. An adjacent sunroom boasts a sofa and rocking chair, as well as a dining table. Whip up tasty vacation meals in the open kitchen, outfitted with new appliances, granite countertops, and all the kitchenware needed. Enjoy morning coffee at the two-person breakfast nook. Gather in the sunroom at the unique live-edge wooden dining table for six and take in beautiful views of the waterfront backyard.The whole family will enjoy the expansive grassy backyard. Roast s’mores over the fire pit or go for a swim in the refreshing waters. Please note that the waterfront is tidal, meaning at certain times of the day, there is no water.
