Home is only a 6 minute walk to the beautiful Tybee beach and close to parks, restaurants, and shopping.Home has 1 queen bed, 1 Full bed, 1 twin bed, 1 queen sleeper sofa, a full futon, air mattresses, a comfy lazyboy couch, and some large chairs. The backyard has a firepit area and there is an outdoor movie screen under the carport. The corner lot is great for games like corn hole and Kan Jam. Close to 6th street boardwalk. Walk to park that has basketball, tennis courts, and more. Walk to “The Deck” a beachfront seafood restaurant/bar. Lots of shopping and dining nearby. Home has an open floor plan and updated interior. New stainless appliances. 3 full baths. Parking for 6 cars. WIFI. Ms. PAC-MAN arcade game.
