DOWNTOWN 2 BDRM LUXURY LOFT — NEAR BEACHOur home is on the second story of an elevator luxury condominium building — it’s a beautiful loft with 14 foot ceilings in downtown Santa Barbara. The apartment is furnished in a mixed mid-century style with all modern conveniences including a 72″ TV, w/d, dw, filtered water, a/c and a terrace with a gas barbecue and outdoor table. The second bedroom/office has a very comfortable wall bed with a brand new queen mattress; the master has a new king bed and a large adjoining bathroom. The dining room seats 6-8 people; there’s also a sunroom which is used as a painting studio and a den with an additional TV. There are 2 spaces in the expansive garage.
