In fact, 16th Street is a color wheel: Unabashedly bold and bawdy, moody and raw, and oddly comforting all at the same time.”Getting Around:Uber and Lyft are around $10 for a ride to Downtown. Aside from Lyft and Uber, A rental car is simplest for getting around Phoenix. However, there is a bus stop less than half a mile away.Other Things to Note:- All types of smoking are strictly prohibited inside the home including vaping and e-cigarettes. We charge a $300 fee PLUS the entire cost of deep cleaning and restoring the property to its smoke-free condition.- Pets must be approved. If our team finds evidence of pets without prior approval, we charge a $200 fee in addition to the pet fee.- Please clean up after pets. A $75 fee will be applied for any waste left behind.- Please respect our neighbors and community and keep noise at a minimum at all times.- Keep trash in trash bins. If they are full, a trash bin is located in the driveway.- Report all damage, regardless of its nature or extent. While accidents are understandable, reimbursement may be requested based on the item and extent of damage.- Respect our check out time. Failure to adhere to the check-out time may result in fees as this disrupts arrangements for our next guest.Interaction with Guests:We provide a lockbox for self check in and you’ll have the entire space to yourselves but we’re nearby if you need anything.
