Description

The Cleat House is just the place to enjoy your time while visiting Boyne City. The space is the lower residence of a beautiful home located directly across from the Harborage Marina. It has a dedicated and private entrance with an expansive porch with gas grill, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, den, kitchen, washer/dryer. In addition, this space is handicap accessible from a side walkway from the front parking area and through french doors. The bathroom has a barrier free, walk-in shower and open space throughout the rooms. The perfect spot to enjoy any season Up North with the whole family.Note that you have a private entrance at the front of the home. There is parking for two vehicles. In addition, we rent the home next door to this property. If you need a larger space, inquire regarding availability.
