Description

Recently renovated 1944 home with charm and a modern touch. Located near downtown Beaufort and the Spanish Moss trail, it’s the perfect spot to relax and/or be active. Parris Island is a quick 10 minute drive which makes this the perfect home for graduation, vacation or work. This is our third short term rental as we love hosting and giving the best experience to our guests. Included is a Hunting Island pass, beach gear and the internet is fast. ALL are welcome in our home! :)One bedroom has a queen bed while the other has a full and twin bed. The home is very inviting and we hope you make yourself at home.We are local and can help with any questions.West End is one of the best locations in Beaufort–You’re only 15-20 minute walk to downtown and ~5 minute walk to the Spanish Moss Trail. The neighborhood is quiet with older cottages and new builds in the area. A great area to ride bikes and explore the area.You can fit two cars in the driveway. Please do not park on the stepping stones or in the yard. Uber/Lyft can be tough but there are local taxi companies you can reach out to if needed. A bike would be perfect for the area too.- If there’s an issue or something breaks, just let us know as soon as it happens. We are much more lenient if you do so.- Keep noise to a minimum after 9 pm. There is a noise ordinance between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am.- Any type of event must be approved beforehand (typically not an issue, we just like to know). Also, large gatherings, such as weddings and reunions, are prohibited unless specifically approved by the City.- No pets allowed. If there is a pet on premise, you will be charged $300 minimum.- No smoking inside or you will be charged $300. It’s free to smoke outside.
