Beautifully restored and renovated victorian in the heart of Burlington. Next to YMCA, minutes walk to Downtown, Waterfront, Medical Center and UVM. Co-op food market at the end of the street. Fenced in backyard with Adirondack chairs. Parking for 2 cars ( 3 by request) . Cook’s kitchen with Blue Star stove. 3 beautiful large porches. Peleton and weights. Office space with Simple Human standing desks and Herman Miller chair. Located next door to YMCA which has a pool and complete health club facilities. This is our home and not a corporate rental. We will leave some personal items in the house and some food in the kitchen particularly the freezer. Also, there is not access to the basement. We store our personal items in the basement and there is a separate entrance to the basement. We may be accessing that space during your stay to access our luggage, bikes etc. We may leave our car in the driveway depending on our plans. There are a total of 3 back to back parking spots. You will have access to 2 parking spots. There is not laundry available in the house. However there is a laundry mat at the bottom of the street.
