Our 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo is centrally located in the middle of downtown Grand Haven. This property is fully equipped with everything you need to have a carefree and enjoyable vacation. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa and a flat screen tv with dvd player. The kitchen is fully furnished and includes a coffee maker, microwave and blender. Off the living area there is a slider leading to a large deck which has a patio set with umbrella and a grill. The bedrooms are located at the front of the property overlooking Washington Ave. They each have a queen size bed and a dresser. The bathroom is located off the hallway in between the kitchen and bedrooms. Across from the kitchen is a full size washer and dryer, which we provide laundry detergent and dryer sheets. This property features a front and back entrance. The parking is the rear of the property. You’ll have one parking space in back of the garage and additional parking is available in the parking lot directly behind the property. You will be centrally located in all that Grand Haven has to offer. The musical fountain plays every night at around dusk, which is at the end of Washington Ave. Out the front door you’ll find fine dining, casual dining, coffee shops, ice cream shops, Fortino’s, specialty retail shops, live music, bars and more. There is a Farmer’s Market, a splash pad, miniature golf, Chinook Pier shopping, ice cream and boat charters, the boardwalk and a park. The beach is about a 10 minute walk from the property or a couple minute drive. On your way to the beach you may want to stop at either Pronto Pup or Butch’s Beach Burritos, two local favorites. Throughout the summer Grand Haven has several art festivals and a car show located on Washington Ave. Coastguard Festival which features a carnival and fireworks are right out the front door. The location of our property really makes for a great and easy vacation and when you just want family time you can always enjoy your own deck away from all the action.
