Located a 1/2 mile to the Marina where you can charter or launch your boat. Nearby is Caladesi Island and Honeymoon Island, and 7 miles to Clearwater Beach. Caladesi, Honeymoon, and Clearwater are all consistently ranked among the best beaches in the world! This home is the ideal location for a true downtown experience.Two to four bikes and the golf cart are included, if you notify me ahead. The golf cart or bikes needs maintenance at times.
