Plenty of room for a day of badminton and for children to play.Pet friendly for dogs only under 50 lbs (maximum 2). Pet fee of $150 upon booking. Should you have a pet that doesn’t meet the weight limits, please inquire prior to booking.Parking:The driveway provides parking for two vehicles, three if smaller vehicles. There are three on street parking passes. You will need to place the parking passes on the rear view mirrors. The city may ticket your vehicle if parked on the street without a parking pass. The passes must be left inside the home upon departure or there will be a $200 replacement cost.House Rules:By booking the property, guests agree to abide by these rules during their stay.1. Please keep noise levels to a minimum at all times. We’ve been granted a City of Greenville rental permit that will be revoked if noise complaints occur.2.
