One bathroom is downstairs and the other bathroom is off the hall upstairs. Neither bedroom has an attached bathroom.The largest bedroom is on the second floor, the second bedroom is off of the landing area going upstairs.Interaction with guests:We live about 5 minutes away so are available for problems and certainly for suggestions, but otherwise we do not interact unless you want us to!Neighborhood description:This space is located in the historic Pettigru District adjacent to downtown Greenville. It’s a quiet neighborhood that is a mix of historic office and residential properties. Very walkable to Bon Secours Wellness Arena and a 10-15 walk along sidewalks to downtown Greenville. Easy access to I-385.Getting around:Parking MUST be off-street in the driveway or behind the property. Access is either via the driveway along Whitsett or there is a private alley-way along the back of the property.
