Description
Feel like a true Savannah native when you pull up to this clapboard home. The foyer with main staircase greets you as you wander throughout the first floor. A first guest bedroom with King bed is just to your left – perfect as a mother-in-law or teen suite. Just down the hall, guests will find a full-size bathroom, with a walk-in shower. Continue on, you’ll find the dining room that seats six. The kitchen is ideal for entertaining, as it’s fully equipped with every culinary necessity and is open to both the living room and dining room. Kick your feet up and watch the game in the living room, filled with ample daylight from the outside. A door to the private courtyard is just right and is the perfect spot to barbecue and enjoy the sounds of the city.Upstairs you’ll find the remaining two bedrooms, one as the primary and the other a guest room with en suite bath. The primary has a King size bed, two full closets, and balcony access off of the bath. Enjoy soaking in the jetted tub after a long day of exploring the city. A flat screen TV can be found in the armoire. The guest room is opposite the primary suite and also has a King size bed and flat screen TV. The bath has a tub/shower combo and beautiful views of historic downtown.Prospective guests should be aware of a neighboring beehive. Availability will depend on time of day and season. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 85 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation.
