Downtown Historic Grand Haven Duplex – SouthLarge 3 bedroom home available for summer weekly/monthly rental. Master is big enough for the queen bed and pack and plays if you bring them. Middle bedroom has a queen and a twin and still plenty of room. The dining room is so large it has 2 dining tables and sits 14 easily. Fully equipped kitchen and spacious comfortable living room! Built in 1918, this historic duplex has been beautifully remodeled and cared for. The front porch faces 5th street, and every evening a 20 minute walk takes you to the end of the Grand Haven pier to watch the sunset; your own ‘Key West’ experience in Michigan. Our home is located in a quaint neighborhood and is just minutes from Lake Michigan beaches, downtown shopping, restaurants and fun! A 10 minute walk takes you to the local YMCA and the area’s Imagination Station, tennis & pickleball courts and skate park.There are nine restaurants, two coffee shops and a bakery within 10 blocks featuring everything from pizza to sushi to seafood to Italian to steaks. Fast food includes gyros, Italian beef , hot dogs, fried chicken and burgers. Something to please everyone. Everyone loves to sit on the porch and watch the world go by. Very charming neighborhood, our home is across the street from an exceptional 7000 sq ft mansion built in 1874 now used as a B&B.
