You will have private parking.This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2000sqf house includes beds for 8 people plus a queen air mattress, which is very comfortable, so it can sleep a total of 10 people. House includes everything you need, smart TVs, which can be used with Netflix and all cables channels, Wi-Fi, washer & dryer and more. This house is also suitable for babies and it includes a highchair and a pack ‘n Play/travel crib. The high ceilings and skylights make this a bright and inviting space. This house Includes a perfect huge outside spot for sitting and enjoying the outdoors, BBQ and a hot-tub, under a covered patio with plenty of parking. I can assure you will love it!Awesome location to visit all the downtown attractions. The house is located in a popular up and coming neighborhood, just minutes away from the Riverwalk, Alamo, Alamodome & downtown, few minutes away from tons of restaurants, bars and shopping and lots of other attractions. This is one of the best spots you could find in San Antonio.3 min drive to Alamodome.5 min drive to Alamo and Riverwalk.5 min drive to River Center mallYou are welcome to enjoy the house in its entirety from the kitchen to the backyard with BBQ area. There is also a private patio to sit and relax.• Check in is at 3pm. No keys are required.• Checkout is at 10am. I live 15 minutes away and will gladly help with any need. While you are here, the house is yours to enjoy and interaction with me is up to you! You can use the keypad entry to access the home and I will send you the access code upon arrival. Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events.- Please, no loud music after 22:00.- Highchair and Pack n Play are available upon request.- We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases.- During your stay, I can connect you with recommended high-quality professionals who provide in-home treatments such as massages, facial treatments or private dining with a private chef.
