Our late 1800’s New Englander sits on a quiet dead end street, walking distance to the quaint village of Kennebunkport. We have 4 bedrooms and sleeping room for 8. Full kitchen, large family room, den, play room, and 2.5 baths. Front porch for coffee in one of the rocking chairs. Large back deck for sundown dinners and a large backyard for the kids. Great play space for wiffle ball, badminton, bean bags, etc.Across the street, behind our neighbors is the local elementary school with playing fields and great playground. Easy stroll downtown for dinner, bars, marinas, ice cream and shopping.All Beaches (3 Major Ones) are a bike ride or short drive away(.75 to 2.5 miles). For fisherman, all marinas, pier, jetti and Kennebunk River are .25 miles away.
