Parties are not allowed on this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 10 pm – 8 am. There is a $50 fee per guest per night for undeclared guests or guests over the limit noted.4. The fee is $50 flat for check-in at 2 pm. We will let you know what time we can accommodate. If you arrive early at the property without letting us know, you will have to wait until check-in time.9. Everything in the home is inventoried. We will charge for any missing or damaged items.10. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have.11. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve the delivered mail.12. Respectful and friendly vocabulary is required by both parties. Your reservation will be canceled with no refund if you use profanity or threaten any of our staff.13. You are booking with a valid government-issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft.14. There is 1 security camera pointing at the door entrance.
