All the furniture, beds, and linens are brand new. The house has a driveway that can accommodate two to three cars. There is also free parking along Murray Street. Walk up the granite stairs on the side to enter the house into the kitchen. Kitchen features all stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops. There is a built in bar into the kitchen with three bar stools in the living room. Kitchen has an open concept to the living room space which features a couch that’s a pull out queen, a rocking swivel chair, and a gas fireplace that turns on with the push of a button. First floor bathroom is off of the living room and has a full quartz vanity, Jacuzzi tub with full shower. Upstairs is a half bathroom with the master bedroom on the left side with full queen size bed and TV. The right bedroom features two twin size beds with a TV that is great for adults or kids. There is a brand new washing machine and a gas dryer in the basement with a laundry sink.
