The living area features a queen sized pull out couch that is perfect for extra guests. Coffee and tea are some nice extras. This flat also has a lovely full bath with tub and shower so you can renew, refresh and take on the town. Also great for families with several parks, kids play areas, tennis and disc golf within easy walking distance.Located in a lovely residential neighborhood in downtown Flagstaff, this is one unit in a 4-plex along with 3 other full-time vacation rentals, each with their own unique charm. Check availability for larger groups – or extend your stay in another one of our beautiful Cottages.Your parking space is a just few steps from the private entrance. Street parking is also available in this residential area Spring through Fall. Winter parking is off street only.Please note that this property is limited to 4 guests – this includes children. With advance notice at the time of booking, I may allow visitors. There may be an additional cleaning fee depending on circumstances. If there are more than 4 guests staying in the property or there are additional visitors without prior approval, you agree to forfeit your entire security deposit.My place is always sparking clean and is a fabulous home base for your amazing adventures in Flagstaff and the surrounding areas.
