This downtown Meredith property is the ideal location for guests wanting to be close to the action, but still able to sit back and relax on the patio after a day on the water! It’s situated within walking distance to Meredith’s Town Docks, Church Landing Resort (8 mins walk), and Main Street which boasts many great cafe’s, shops and restaurants. Most importantly Lake Winnipesaukee is right next door, making it the perfect location to gather and enjoy all that the Lakes Region has to offer.The local property manager will be available via cell/text during your stay should you have any questions.Quiet, private neighborhood nestled one mile from Route 93.Guests will have access to all parts of the home with the exception of the barns.This generously sized 4 bedroom house provides friends or family to enjoy time together in a home away from home. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and clean. We have an outdoor area where you can enjoy cooking on the grille, sipping a cocktail and having a campfire under the bistro lit patio.There is space for 3/4 cars parked tight on the driveway, in front of the barn. Street parking is allowed for 2 hours at a time. There is a public car park availableAlthough we have the home professionally cleaned before and after each reservation, we ask our guests to care for this home as if it was their own.Keycode, wifi password, house information sheet, recommendation sheet, and checkout list will be sent to you before arrival.We ask that the guests leave reviews on Airbnb and Google!
