Description

It is quite rare to find a new house of more than 2650 ft in the downtown Austin area. The common living/kitchen area alone has 1200+ sqft. This modern custom-built home was completed in May 2022 with a modern architectural design. It is a great place to party and entertain you and your guests!! Outdoor BBQ grill, fireplace with plenty of sittings, afterwards, you can Uber to the downtown Austin area for bars, theaters, or just people-watching. For sure you will enjoy the location and safeness of the house.The first floor has a full bedroom with a full bath. 3-layer bunk bed in an enclosed flex area. Cook in the fully stocked kitchen with wine cooler as well; watch TV on the 86″ with surrounding sound system sitting on a modern console; or enjoy game nights like pool table, ping pong or Texas Holdem (we have poker table, poker chips, poker cards, dealer button, etc with plenty of chairs to sit).The second floor contains the bedroom suites and washer/dryer. There are 3 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. On this floor, there is a total of two full-sized beds in two standard bedrooms and two queen size beds in the master suite.The third floor is another bedroom with two twin-size beds and a double bed and access to the rooftop deck and wet bar. Great lush green views on the rooftop deck and/or sit down with your group enjoying the breeze. We have an ice-making machine on the wet bar and a cooler to store beverages.If your group has up to 12 people, everyone has his/her own bed. 🙂 Or we can turn our 4 accent chairs and 1 sofa bed into an additional five(5) bed-on-demand.We have long picnic tables (dimension: about 2.6 ft by 10 ft ) with plenty of chairs that can sit your group for outdoor activities, wine and dinner, BBQs, and plenty of entertainment area on the 1st floor patio.
