You are about 5 minutes walking distance to the train station and Main Ave. It’s only a 30 minute drive to Purgatory ski resort for winter and summer activities. Mesa Verde National Park is 45 minute drive to the west.If you are into recreation, the condo is conveniently located above 2nd Ave Sports, a full bike and ski shop. There you can rent bikes, skis, or just get local trail information.
