Please note that we accept up two 2 dogs only and require that the dog be with you at all times or we ask that you please bring a crate for your dog for short stints away from the home. We also ask you to please ensure that the dog is kept off of all furniture, and that you clean up after them outside. We appreciate you understanding and helping us keep good care of our home so that we can provide a good, clean place for our next guests.2. Please No SMOKING. No DRUGS. No PARTIES! Extra cleaning fees will be applied if the house is not cared for and not left reasonably clean.Reasonably clean includes:* Washing all of the dishes you have used.* Disposing of trash in proper bins which are located in the backyard by theside gate.* Leaving furniture/beds in their original location, all towels and linens mustbe accounted for. Please be careful of the white sheets/ towels andcomforters and use the supplied make up wipes for removal of makeup.5. Please no illegal drugs of any kind allowed on the premises.6. Please no illegal activities of any kind is allowed on the premises.7. We have video surveillance cameras outside of the home to help keep you safe as well as protect the property. Don’t worry, we do not have any inside.
