Additionally, the third bedroom includes a desk / work area for those that need or want to work while away. This room also has a murphy bed which creates a great yoga / mediation area when the bed is up.This property is a mere 8 minute walk and 3 streets away from all that historic Prescott has to offer. Nestled among multiple pine trees and the most majestic and serene Oak tree. The property has sleeping for 7 (a King, a Queen, 2 twins, and a beanbag that converts to a queen mattress in the living room). The property has multiple outdoor decks and patios, ample parking, and a prime historic Prescott location minutes by foot from Whisky Row and the Courthouse Square. Easy access to hiking, biking, antiquing, libation, entertainment and all that Prescott has to offer. **This property uses OUTDOOR video surveillance for the safety and security of the home and our guests. The cameras are located as follows: front door ring device monitors the entrance to the home as well as the walk up and driveway area. Patio ring device monitors the side stairs/guest house entrance (not for guest use) and side entrances to the home.
