A short stroll will lead you over to Marina Jacks and Sarasota Bay. If you walk directly east from the condo, it will guide you through the regentrified Rosemary District and across to Centennial Park. In the evening, take on some of Sarasota’s hottest nightspots, theaters, and restaurants.Upon entering the home, you will find a colorful exterior with a lovely privacy gate leading to a private entrance. You will find a light and bright atmosphere, with breathtaking wooden floors running throughout. Down the hall, you will find the living room with a comfy couch and a Smart TV to kick back and relax after a day of adventure. Adjacent is the kitchen, which is fully equipped and has plenty of cabinet space. There is a cafe set for two and a breakfast bar for two.The primary bedroom awaits! This spacious room has a twin-size bed and plenty of closet space. Attached is the primary bathroom, which has an updated vanity and a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a full-size bed, a Smart TV, and a custom closet. The second bathroom has a large vanity with a shower/tub combo with excellent masonry work.
