Perfect for business travel, pleasure, or a couple’s getaway in the city!HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that uses a boiler/chiller to push hot or cold water to a fan coil inside of an exchange unit in the condo. The system is limited to hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air.WASHER AND DRYER: ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.ANIMALS: are not allowed, per HOAPARKING: Parking is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure.
