Living room designed with five foot built in fireplace, 65″ UHD TV above floating entertainment center housing all games and extra throw blankets and custom built in all with dimmable lights throughout the space, 9.5 ft x 9.5ft L shaped couch and chair. Foyer boasts two high back chairs with coffee station separating them, views of front porch and neighborhood, along with our guest table and local restaurant and brew pub menus. South facing front porch allows for relaxing mornings to drink coffee and plan your day.The main floor movie themed bedroom includes large king size memory foam bed with two individually operated pendant reading light, 55″ UHD TV to give you a true movie theater feel. First second floor car themed bedroom includes two full size memory foam beds, 43″ UHD TV, ceiling fan, a desk, closet, and ethernet port. The third and fourth bedrooms are combined into a sports themed basketball and baseball setting. These two spaces are divided by a fireplace wall to give some privacy while remaining connected. Each of these two spaces has its own closet, 43″ UHD TV, and ethernet port.Guest Access:Guest will be given a door code prior to check-in.The Neighborhood:Everything Downtown Kalamazoo has to offer is in walking distance.
