The second upstairs bedroom has two queen beds, en suite bathroom, views of the city and direct access to the attached balcony. The loft has a two twin beds. Downstairs there is a master king bedroom with views of the marina. An additional large bedroom with two queen beds and en suite bathroom. All bedrooms and common rooms are large with plenty of common space for hanging out, relaxing, playing games, etc. All rooms have flat screen TVs with cable service. High speed WiFi.Overall, this unit can accommodate up to 16 guests.If you enjoy fishing, bring your boat down! A slip is reserved with your rental, at no extra cost. The dock has power, fresh water, and a covered fish cleaning station. A commercial size ice maker is available for guest use. Bayview park is next door with plenty of open spaces, tennis courts, basketball hoops, and festivals on many weekends throughout the year.Getting Around:Our location allows you to get around by foot or bicycle. Electric carts are rented frequently on the island – we can accommodate plug in. You won’t need a car, unless you’re driving down route 1 from mainland FL. Lyft/Uber are plentiful.Other Things to Note:Check-in 4pm, Check-out 10am. Pet friendly for one dog, up to 25lbs with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. Free parking on-site guaranteed for 2 vehicles (to include golf cart). Max boat length 40ft, max boat beam 13ft, there is a fixed bridge entrance with 18-ft clearance into the marina. All guests must be a minimum age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent.Interaction with Guests:I will not be on the premises. Condo is managed by Keys Time Vacation Rentals. No in-person check-in required. Digital access to the property via keyless entry codes to condominium elevator and common spaces. Condo unit code will be provided no less than 24 hours prior to arrival date. Maintenance is accessible during the same.
