Located in the downtown-west area of Colorado Springs, just 1.5 blocks from I-25 and ~1/4 mile from the popular Pinery venue, this 4-bed, 2-bath Victorian has been lovingly renovated with modern conveniences including central A/C, but keeping some of the historic charm, such as original fir hardwood floors throughout.Please note, no parties are permitted and this is a non-smoking house (both inside and outside).
