The really cool looking red couch adjusts to 16 different positions to include fully flat queen size bed and has four USB and two AC outlets for easy cell phone and laptop charging. Entire condominium, including full very well stocked kitchen. Self Check In with Lockbox at Building entryway. Located in the center of the downtown Theater District. The historic YMCA Building is just steps away from 4th Street restaurants, UNC School of the Arts Stevens Center and Bookmarks, an independant book store and the Benton Covention Center. Check out my guidebook for close by restaurants and attractions all in walking distance. Be sure the visit the Arts District on Trade Street. On street parking available, free on weekends and between 5 PM and 9 AM weekdays. Easy walking location. One assigned parking spot in lot across Spruce Street from Hanes Brand Theater, Space 68.
