Located about 20 minutes to everything…Gainesville square for lunch and shopping, Dawsonville Outlet Mall, Golf courses, or Dahlonega for hiking, shopping and wine tasting.Guest accessThere is room to park 2 cars end to end and private entrance to apartment. This property does not have a dock but lake access for swimming or putting in kayaks. We have 2 single kayaks and adult life vests for guests to use. We are also close to 2 public boat ramps.
