Master bedroom Offers a King size bed, decorated in hues of teals and corals, with a mermaid theme. Looking out the window, you get to enjoy the quiet of the Maine woods. Sleep and dream in your comfortable bed enjoying your flat screen TV, ceiling fan and a large closet for all your belongings. A six-drawer dresser, with a half bath will offer the privacy of your own oasis. Second Bedroom Offers a queen size bed decorated with a coastal theme of sea creatures for your enjoyment. Again, plenty of closet space, a dresser, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, and a stackable washer and dryer that is found in the closet. All sheets, blankets, and towels are provided for each bedroom and both bathrooms. Full Bath There is a full bath that has a tub and also has a large granite sink area so that you can spread out what you have brought. This bathroom is decorated in soft pinks, blues and teals. Living Room There are two living areas in this beautiful cottage. Both have flat screen TV’s. With plenty of seating, you’ll find yourself staying up late talking about your exciting days spent in beautiful southern Maine. Bring your favorite movies to watch on your DVD player found with the largest flat screen TV. WIFI is included for your pleasure as well. Kitchen This open kitchen is perfect for any meal you might want to prepare or if you just want to have a snack during the day or night. It includes luxury cabinets with plenty of extra storage, granite counter-tops, all appliances, even a refrigerator with an ice maker. It is fully equipped with everything plus MORE! A round, glass table provides seating for four plus the island has two more seats if needed. Beautifully decorated and upholstered chair cushions add to the beauty of this kitchen area. You will truly enjoy spending time here making memories. Porch When describing this room, you can only say that it is so much more than a porch. This large family room has 2 sofas, a desk, 2 end tables, lamps and a large flat screen TV with DVD player. Enjoy using your computer on the desk as you can look out the window at the beautiful Maine woods. Also, the comfort of the breeze coming from the large ceiling fan, will make your time spent in this room unforgettable. As you look out the windows, you will feel as if you are taking a walk in the woods. Sit back and enjoy a good book and dream the day away. And if the rest of the cottage gets a little noisy, simply close the sliding glass door to offer yourself the peace and quiet you need. Outside As you park your car and walk up the pathway to your front door, you will wonder how you could have been so lucky to be staying in this cottage. Sitting back from the street and truly in the woods, it is the most quaint of cottages. Taking the steps, opening the screened door, the seashell wreath will welcome you. Stepping into the cottage, you won’t believe your eyes! You have also noticed on your way by, the beauty of the outside sitting area for 4. The teal and tangerine Adirondack chairs await your special gatherings amongst the shade of the Maine woods. Of course, a BBQ grill is located near there for your grilling pleasure. *No smoking, no pets ***Pools and Hot tub will be available as of memorial weekend. Clubhouse amenities including gym, library, games (courts), shuffleboard, and Sandbar will be available starting May 1st (Sandbar is weekends only). Sandbar schedule is subject to change. Ask the front desk for the current schedule when booking. *During peak season (June 18th – August 20th) cottage rentals require a 7-night rental, from Saturday to Saturday. Anytime outside of peak season, there is only a 2-night minimum to book. Disclaimer: Please note that all 3 season cottages and 4 season cottages have a sunroom that is not heated. During the colder months of September-May, it may be chilly in the sunroom/t.v. room, we want to advise you of this as we do not provide extra heating.
