Disclaimer: Lake level low due to ongoing drought. Our lake house has beautiful lake and hill country views surrounded by wildlife. Deers, birds, and occasionally a fox visits our home. While it is lakefront, due to the drought, lake has receded further away. Half of the lot around the house is fully fenced and gated with plenty of parking spots. The other half backs to the lake and army corps owned trails and shoreline. We have a fire pit to hangout as you walk towards the lake through the meadows.As you walk into the house, the first floor has 2 bedrooms with a Jack and Jilll bathroom and a laundry room. The second floor has the living room, dining, kitchen, powder bath and the master suite.You will feel right at home in our kitchen which is very well stocked with pots/pans, instant pot, air fryer etc. apart from coffee and tea.We love hanging out on our second floor deck sipping coffee soaking in beautiful views. Downstairs porch has a charcoal grill.We have opened up our home to our furry friends. You can feel safe with them being able to explore in fully fenced front and back yards.
