You’re welcome to make use of the large garage and amazing outdoor space with private heated pool, grill, outdoor seating. This island gem is stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, beach cart, and linens for your use during your stay. It is located just minutes from the Manatee Bridge and entrance to Anna Maria Island along with the local grocery store, pharmacy, & public beach and Skate Park. The home is literally just up the street from the public beach access. It is located to a nearby free trolley stop that runs the length of the island and is a very short distance to the local beer and wine store, as well as several bars and restaurants. Don’t miss this dream home. Dogs are welcome. Pet fee is $200 per pet plus taxes.Accommodates up to 4 people.
