Our cozy accommodations are perfect for couples or small groups, complete with a range of amenities, including a pool, gym, tennis court, basketball court, and volleyball court. Plus, being just 8 minutes from downtown Austin, you can easily explore the city’s many attractions. Bring your pets along too, as they are allowed in our units!IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:There is no smoking inside of the home, no parties, loud music or events. Please keep in mind we do have neighbors, thank you!$500 fine will be applicable if any rules are brokenPlease note that we charge $25 per night per pet fee. We allow maximum of 2 dogs. No cats, sorry.
