The front door has a digital key pad for self check-in and entry.I am highly responsive and available 24/7 for your needs. Ahead of check-in we will provide a guide book with recommendations for leisure, activities, food, and entertainment.• Lyft/Uber is very easy!• Great neighborhood to take a stroll in• Quick drive downtown• Large driveway for parkingThe following are required by city ordinance:• Must be 25 years old to rent• No outdoor amplified music 24 hours per day• No more than 6 registered guests overnight• No more than 10 people on property at anytime• Total of 3 cars allowed at property• Signatures of all registered guests required at check in• No parties or events can be held at the home• Trash must be kept in supplied receptacles out of public view• Quiet time after 10 pm (no noise at all can be heard at the property line)All potential guests must acknowledge and commit to the above requirements prior to acceptance of rental. These rules help to keep a peaceful balance between our guests and full time residents (both of which we hold in high regard). We try to stay con good terms with all the neighbors and have come to realize that a little respect goes a long way! Everyone’s peaceful enjoyment is important to us. So please enjoy yourselves while being mindful of the others around you.Pool cleaners come on Tuesdays and Fridays and they let themselves into the backyard through the side gate without notice. Please advise if you’d like us to change this visit during your stay.Palm Springs Transient Occupancy Tax: Palm Springs requires all vacation rental owners to collect an 12.5% transient occupancy tax on all rentals that are 28 days or less. This is in addition to the rental fee and it will be a separate line item in the breakdown of your booking fees.Stays of 28+ days (27+ nights): there is no city TOT tax.Pool and jacuzzi heating: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $79 nightly or $395 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 103 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly or $125 weekly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)Pets: we love and welcome our furry friends! Our insurance restricts certain breeds/sizes. Please provide details prior to booking. This also comes with an additional $79 pet fee (per stay).
