Absolutely stunning custom home with open floor plan. Features chef dream kitchen, oversized dining area and comfortable living room. Breathtaking views of West Bay and the Gulf of Mexico from every window and each of the multiple balconies.Each of the four bedrooms has a full size bathroom – two of the bathrooms have soaking hot tubs with separate showers. The yard is fenced, has an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand, and there is a screened porch by the pond. Great space to take advantage of the charcoal grill, enjoy a meal at the picnic table, and relax in the hammock. The game room has a pool table, board games, video games, and televisions to stream all of your favorites.World class resort amenities are available for your enjoyment. The Property Owners Association (POA) at Pointe West collects a wristband fee of $25 per guest for each guest over the age of 4 (children 4 and younger do not pay) for use of the Beach Club, Sunset Pools and Lazy River, fitness center, and game room. No wristbands are required to enjoy our playground and beautiful beaches without vehicular traffic. The wristbands are available at the office every day during business hours (9-5 off season, 9-6 peak season) – Beach Club, 4161 Pointe West Drive. This home can support 12 wristbands in total. Temporary bands to enter the restaurant or gift shop are also available upon request.
