When everyone returns to home base at the end of each day, the private patio will be just the place to sip an evening cocktail and three spacious bedrooms await for a bit of shut-eye!Enjoy access to the Northstar recreation center amenities, which include tennis courts, basketball courts, a fitness center, a sauna, a hot tub, a seasonal lap pool, and an open grill area next to a beautiful creek surrounded by pine, fir, and aspen trees. (Site rentals include the use of three picnic tables and up to two gas BBQ grills with grilling utensils.) There is a $10 daily fee per person for use of the facilities.Sitting just one mile north of the village and lifts at Northstar, this home will be ideal for the skiers of the group to get their fill of fresh powder in no time. A shuttle service is also available from home base, so don’t worry about having to find parking. If you want to head into town, the heart of Truckee awaits with eclectic shops, eateries, and cafes just over seven miles north. If a day on the lake is on the agenda, Kings Beach is eight miles away where you can fish, boat, and swim in Lake Tahoe’s famous blue water.THINGS TO KNOWParking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.Ski shuttle details:Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
