A Bed on the Beach! Dollhouse in the Dunes! Island and lighthouse views. Listen to the waves right outside your door. Nothing between you and the sea except dune grass and sand. Formerly part of the beloved Ocean View Campground and Cottages. Newly renovated, granite counters, all new appliances.This is a tiny house perfect for 2. Queen size bed in the main living area.Bath with shower, kitchenette with sink, refrigerator. Note for 2022 cooking must be done outside on the grill. The kitchen inside will still have fridge and coffee maker but no microwave or cooking appliances.Close to restaurants, Fort Popham, Fort Baldwin.All guests must be 25 years of age or accompanied by a parent. This home is part of an association and rules set by the association must be adhered to. No Unit Owner shall obstruct or interfere with the rights of other occupants or annoy them by unreasonable noise or otherwise. 3. No Unit Owner shall use the Common Elements or Limited Common Elements for any activity that would obstruct or deter views, ingress or egress by other Unit Owners or guests or invitees Boats longer than 12 feet, motor homes, campers, trailers of any kind, tents, shacks, sheds or other outbuildings are not allowed on the property. Storage for boats less than 12 feet, dinghies, kayaks and paddle boards shall be within the Unit Owners Limited Common Element and not obstruct the view of any other Unit owner No trash, rubbish or other offensive materials or materials degrading in appearance shall be allowed to exist on the Units or Common Elements excluding any area designated for trash and/or recycling by the Association
