When you park, you’ll walk up the stairs to your condo door. With contactless check-in, you can access the space as your schedule allows. When you enter, you’ll see a cozy living room that melds smoothly into the dining space and galley kitchen. The dining area has enough space for the whole family to sit and enjoy a meal together – whether that’s homemade or takeout.The smart TVs in the home allow you to login to your own accounts to ensure you don’t miss the latest of your favorite shows and movies! The kitchen is completely stocked with anything that you would need to enjoy your stay – from our provided coffee to all the fixings to cook up a delicious meal for 4.Down the hall from the living room you’ll find the bedrooms and shared bathroom. The first bedroom has two twin beds and their own TV to enjoy. The next bedroom features a queen bedroom. The shared hall bathroom has a tub/shower combination, depending on your preference.A linen package is included with your stay, which consists of fresh sheets and pillowcases for each bed, as well as a towel set for each guest. The towel set includes a bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth. If you require additional linens, they can be rented through the in-house linen company.Please note that this apartment is located on the second floor of the building, and there is no elevator or pool available. However, there is an on-site laundry facility for your convenience.The cleaning service uses EPA certified cleaning products to ensure a safe and clean environment for your stay.Two parking spots included. Parking is available for one vehicle in the complex lot, with the space labeled 901C. Another parking spot will be available in the city garage next door using a parking pass located inside the unit.For more information or to make a booking, please contact us.As you enjoy your stay, please keep these friendly guidelines in mind:- Our property is a non-smoking environment, and we kindly ask that no pets are brought along.- Please take a moment to wash any dishes you use and return them to their original place after use.- Feel free to rearrange the furniture to suit your needs, but before you leave, we’d appreciate it if you could put them back in their original positions and switch off the lights and small appliances.- For everyone’s safety, please ensure all doors and windows are securely locked and take all trash out with you when you leave.- If you notice any cleaning needs beyond the usual, please don’t hesitate to let us know. We want to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible.Please keep in mind that according to city health regulations, we kindly request that the maximum occupancy in each bedroom is limited to three individuals. Our bedding arrangements are meant to provide flexibility in sleeping arrangements, not for additional occupancy.We regret to inform you that the ice-maker in the freezer is currently out of order. However, there are ice trays available in the unit for your use. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.Pet Policy:We love our furry friends, but we kindly ask that no dogs, cats, or other animals be brought onto the premises without written permission from the Landlord. A non-refundable pet fee of $100.00 USD per pet is required, and exceeding the permitted number of pets will incur a $200.00 per pet charge as liquidated damages.Key and Access Return:When vacating the premises, we kindly ask that you surrender all keys and access. Failure to return keys or parking passes will result in a charge of $125.00 USD to cover lock replacement costs. In the event of an accidental lockout, a $50.00 USD lockout fee will be charged for unlocking the property.Parking Passes:Lastly, don’t forget to return any parking passes to the Anchor Realty Group office when your lease is up.
