Summary:One of East Dallas’ first conservation districts, Hollywood Santa Monica Neighborhood is special. Our house has been remodeled and has something for everybody. Outdoor patio with fireplace, heated salt water swimming pool, built in hot tub/spa. East Dallas is unique and considers itself the eclectic, weird part of Dallas. It is both artsy and diverse. Huge trees and rolling hills, it is really a very unique part of Dallas. We are located close to downtown Dallas and I30 which takes you straight to Arlington for all the sport venues and entertainment and then on to Fort Worth. (Cowtown) This unique place has a style all its own.The Space:The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home built in 1931. The home has been completely remodeled and has the latest in home automation. The primary bedroom is very large with a huge bathroom. As this is an almost 100 year old home, closets weren’t a “thing” in those days. So, we have provided rolling hanging racks in each room so that you can hang your clothes.Guest Access:Guest access is completely automated and will be sent via email & text message 7 days prior to arrival.The Neighborhood:Heavily treed, quiet and hilly neighborhood, that is very unique to Dallas. We are located in E. Dallas in the Lakewood area. We are less than a mile from Whiterock Lake and one block to the Santa Fe Trail. This trail takes you to the Lake and to Downtown Dallas. Great biking, hiking and running! The neighborhood is also close to I30 which will take you to Arlington for Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, Six-Flags, and all of the entertainment in that area. It also is a direct drive to Fort Worth.Getting Around:Uber and Lyft are easy ways to get around the metroplex.Other Things to Note:50% of the total amount of the reservation is due at booking. If the reservation is cancelled withing 72 hours of the time of booking, the total amount paid will be refunded. The remaining balance is due 30 days from date of check-in. If the reservation is cancelled before 30 days prior to check-in, the initial payment minus $500 transaction fee will be refunded.
