E13 at Ocean Walk is close to the front pool, has really nicely tiled bathrooms and upgraded open kitchen. E13 is on the ground floor, has no carpeting and is very clean and comfortable.Ocean Walk complex has two pools and a small kiddie pool for families to enjoy. Two tennis courts, fitness center, ping pong, computer room.The best thing is the location of this complex, you can walk to the village or lighthouse area easily on the bike paths.We are available during regular business hours, if you expect to arrive late please communicate that with us.Ocean Walk community rules should be followed by all guests.No bicycles can be stored in the breezeways.Pools close at 10:00 PM. No entry allowed after hours.No glass or pets in pool areas.Quiet time is from 11:00 PM until sunrise. Please be considerate of all residents and guests. No loud music, voices, or other audio. No running and/or playing on stairs.Do not hang towels or clothing on balcony railings.Please be respectful of the owner’s expenses by setting the air conditionIng thermostat to 74 degrees or higher during warm weather. Keep windows and doors closed when the A/C is in use.For the safety of everyone on the property, please do not exceed the posted 10 mph speed limit.
