Welcome to our Eagle Hill Craftsman home. This is a special place. We are located a few blocks from Sequoia Hospital and a pleasant walk from down town Redwood City on a quiet street of custom homes. Fully furnished updated craftsman home with upscale kitchen, formal dining room, bright roomy living room and 2 large bedrooms. Nice back deck which is partially covered. Outdoor kitchen, BBQ, 2 fire pits and picnic table. Pleasant outdoor lighting for enjoying the mild evenings. Easy street parking.. Close to Half Moon Bay, San Francisco and Silicone Valley tech. One mile to central Redwood City with lots of restaurants, multiplex, live entertainment. Redwood City boasts best climate in California. It is rarely too hot or too cold, but we have you covered with newly installed central heat and air. The neighborhood is great for walking – widely spaced major streets with one traffic light crossing to downtown shops, movies and show house. No major streets to cross for an exhilerating hike to the top of the Emerald Hill neighborhood – an 800 foot elevation rise over 4.5 miles with great views.
