The guest house includes an open plan layout with a full kitchen, living room and a dining area for 4. One bedroom has a king size bed and there is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Must be able to climb 1 flight of stairs.This cottage is on a custom built estate, located down a private lane that ends at the water. In addition to your private cottage, the estate has a main house and guest house at the end of a different driveway. You have private access to your cottage, a section of the backyard with water views and your own private patio.You’re only 20 minutes from downtown Portland and 10 minutes from downtown Yarmouth. Coastal Maine at its best!
