The beach is a short 5 minute walk and East Beach offers sand and beach at high and low tide. Walk or bike all around the area for relaxing trip that will renew your soul. This cottage features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, dining room, dining bar, laundry area, a screened porch, back deck and a private yard.This home is 4 houses to the beach and on the best beach access on East Beach. The Sixth St. access is an easy walk, golf cart or bike ride to the water. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It’s indoor and outdoor spaces are perfect for 2 small families, 1 large family, or a friend’s gathering. Golf Cart is electric, travels at 14 mph and is not intended to travel outside of the East Beach neighborhood. The golf cart is provided at no additional charge and is included as a courtesy to enhance your stay.
